The raw materials of LGD-4033/MK-677 powder were tested by HPLC-MS for purity. Based on the HPLC chromatographic purity measurement, LGD-4033 was tested to be >99.99% pure and MK-677 was calculated to be greater than 99% pure using the area normalization method.

A bottle labeled “LGD-4033/MK-677” with the batch number “OL2211” was received on 14 April 2023.The powder inside the capsule was assayed for the concentrations of the intended active ingredients using HPLC-DAD. The total concentration of LGD-4033 was 5.40mg and the total concentration of MK-677 found was 9.66mg.
Purity:
A bottle labeled “LGD-4033/MK-677” with the batch number “OL2211” was received on 14 April 2023. Analysis was conducted on the contents of the capsule by extraction of the active compounds using GC-MS under a blind screening method developed to detect common anabolic steroids and aromatase inhibitors by Janoshik. LGD-4033 and MK-677 were both positively identified.
