Olympus Labs UK utilizes DPD Next Day for all domestic purchases with most packages delivering within one business day. All packages above £50 and below 2kg will have shipping costs waived qualifying them for free shipping. For same day dispatch please place orders before our 5PM GMT/BST shipping deadline. Orders placed after this time will be shipped the next business day.

*If you are located in a remote location such as Northern Ireland the cost of shipping is £19.99 with shipping fees waived if the order meets a £200 order value amount.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Olympus Labs UK’s shipping rates include the cost of shipping, fuel surcharges charged by the carrier, and customs clearance fees effectively making all our shipments DDP; Enjoy hassle free shipping and order importing with the assurance of Delivery Duty Paid shipping.
All orders £200 or greater will have all shipping and associated costs waived. In most cases this will also include an upgrade in shipping speed as well at no additional cost to the customer.

UK - EUROPE

Olympus Labs UK offers DPD economy and DPD express delivery for parcels shipped within Europe. DPD economy has delivery times ranging from 4-9 days with DPD express delivery ranging 3-6 days. All packages above £200 and below 2kg will have shipping costs waived qualifying them for free shipping.

Economy-Olympus Labs UK offers a flat rate of £9.99 an all inclusive fee which includes the cost of shipping, fuel surcharges, and clearance charges on packages up to 2KG to the following countries:
Express- Olympus Labs UK offers a flat rate of £29.99 for all packages shipped DPD express up to 30KG. This is an all inclusive fee covering the costs of shipping, fuel surcharges, and clearance charges.

UK - USA, CANADA, AUSTRALIA, NEW ZEALAND AND NORWAY

Olympus Labs UK offers DPD economy and DPD express delivery for parcels shipped to the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Norway. DPD economy has delivery times ranging from 6-11 days with DPD express delivery ranging 3-6 days. All packages above £200 and below 2kg will have shipping costs waived in addition to a complimentary upgrade to free express shipping.

Economy- Olympus Labs UK offers a flat rate of £9.99 an all inclusive fee which includes the cost of shipping, fuel surcharges, and clearance charges on packages up to 2KG shipped to the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Norway. This fee is waived on all orders above £200 and will be upgraded to free express shipping at no additional cost.
Express- Olympus Labs UK offers a flat rate of £12.99 an all inclusive fee which includes the cost of shipping, fuel surcharges, and clearance charges on packages up to 2KG shipped to the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Norway. This fee is waived on all orders above £200.

UK - REST OF THE WORLD

Olympus Labs UK will ship to most places in the world with the exception of those that are legally restricted. For these countries, Olympus Labs UK offers DPD economy and DPD express delivery for all parcels shipped. DPD economy has delivery times ranging from 6-11 days with DPD express delivery ranging 3-6 days. All packages above £200 and below 2kg will have shipping costs waived in addition to a complimentary upgrade to free shipping.

Economy- Olympus Labs UK offers a flat rate of £14.99 an all inclusive fee which includes the cost of shipping, fuel surcharges, and clearance charges on packages up to 2KG. This fee is waived on all orders above £200 and will be upgraded to free shipping at no additional cost.
Express- Olympus Labs UK offers a flat rate of £19.99 an all inclusive fee which includes the cost of shipping, fuel surcharges, and clearance charges on packages up to 2KG.

*Please note that while Olympus Labs UK pre-pays the costs of fuel surcharges and customs clearance fees directly to the shipping company, it has no control over the additional fees that may arise by the destination country’s import and tax authorities. Payment of these fees are the responsibility of the customer, and delaying or failure of these fees may cause your package to be destroyed by local authorities.
