Wise Payments:
Please follow the instructions highlighted in the video or listed below for payment of your order, using the following payment options:

Step 1: Registering for a Wise Account
Please register and login to your account with wise using this link.
Step 2: Initiate a New Payment
– Once logged in, look for the green “Send Money” button at the top.
– A dropdown menu will appear; select “Single Payment.”
Step 3: Choose the Type of Currency Transfer
– You will be presented with two options: “Same Currency” or “International.”
– **Same Currency**: Choose this if you are paying with one of the accepted currencies (e.g., USD, EUR).
– **International**: Choose this if you need to convert your currency to one of the accepted ones (e.g., converting GBP to EUR).
For Sending USD or EUR:
Step 4: Enter Payment Details
– In the field “Recipient Gets Exactly,” enter the total amount owed for your order.
Step 5: Select Payment Transfer Option
– You’ll see a section titled “Fast Transfer Fee.” Click to review various options and associated fees. Select one based on your needs.
Step 6: Confirm estimated arrival date
– The system will show an estimated date of payment arrival. Note that your order is processed once payment is received, not when sent.
Step 7: Recipient Information:
– On the next page, enter `payments@olympuslabs.uk` in the search box under “Who’s your new contact?”
– Click on “ZRH Distribution LTD” once it appears.
Step 8: Verification (if required)
– You may be asked to submit proof of identity. Follow Wise’s prompts for this step.
Step 9: Review and Add Reference Number
– Review your transaction details. For faster processing, input your order ID# in the field that asks for a reference number.
For International Payments:
Follow Steps 4 to 9 as above, but keep these additional points in mind:
– In “Recipient Gets Exactly,” make sure to enter the converted amount (e.g., if you’re converting GBP to EUR).
– Double-check that “Total amount we’ll convert” matches the amount you owe for your order.
– Make sure that the amount where it says “ZRH Distribution Ltd gets” matches the amount owed for your order.
General Notes:
– The associated email address `payments@olympuslabs.uk` and the name “ZRH Distribution LTD” are normal identifiers. Do not let these details confuse you.
– You can track your payment status after submission.
– If your order status hasn’t been updated within 24-48 hours after the estimated arrival date, please contact us at `payments@olympuslabs.uk`.
